• Hi Robert,

I’ve been using the plugin for some time and it’s great but I’ve recently had an issue with the google autolocate location button. Whenever I add a new marker or attempt to edit an existing one, nothing appears in the autocomplete box and prevents me from going any further. I’ve had a look in settings but can’t seem to fix. Any help much appreciated.

I’ve worked my way through the steps without success. I’m using WP 4.0, version 3.9.2 of the plugin. I have reset all settings. I switched from Firefox to Chrome and it worked the first time for a new marker then promptly stopped afer that. Same on safari. I have not added any new plugins lately. Autocomplete does not work on new or existing layers or markers. Here’s a page with a map incorporated, the problem does not seem to have affected the look of existing maps. Thanks

From the page with the map I cannot see any issue – especially as autocomplete is only available on backend. Have a look at the browser console if there are any errors or warnings – sometimes issues occur if the theme or other plugins also try to load the Google API on all admin pages…
