Automated active element selection

Hi,

great plugin. Would it be possible to add a scroll trigger or something simmilar, so when the “Multiple items open at a time” option is disabled, active element becomes selected and changes as the user scrolls the page (if such behaviour is selected)? This would work great for certain applications with small amounts of text in the elements.
