Automated emails not working

Hello,

My organization is currently using Hustle for marketing purposes. Unfortunately, the automated email option is not working. Neither the subscriber nor our admin is receiving notifications after the form is filled out. We’ve set the STMP Mailer to check if an email is being sent out of our account and everything seems to be working fine.
