    Could someone please explain the “Minimum days since purchase” and “Maximum days since purchase” for the ‘Customer Win Back workflow’?

    If I specify minimum=90, does that mean the workflow will trigger on 90th day?

    What if I specify maximum=93, does that mean the workflow will trigger again on 93rd day?

    And what if I don’t specify a maximum? Will it just keep sending the email every 90 days?

    If you have an active license for the AutomateWoo extension, please head to the following page to contact the support team of the WooCommerce.com marketplace:

    https://woocommerce.com/my-account/create-a-ticket/

    Once there, select “Help with my purchased products”, and under the “I need help with:” menu, make sure that you select AutomateWoo. Please note that the option will only appear when logged in to the account that owns the active license for the extension.
