Could someone please explain the “Minimum days since purchase” and “Maximum days since purchase” for the ‘Customer Win Back workflow’?
If I specify minimum=90, does that mean the workflow will trigger on 90th day?
What if I specify maximum=93, does that mean the workflow will trigger again on 93rd day?
And what if I don’t specify a maximum? Will it just keep sending the email every 90 days?
