Automatic applicant filtering

There isn’t really anything to do this aside from making the content of the application determine if an applicant is qualified.

For example, make a mandatory check box field, have it ask a question such as, do you have a PHD? and if it isn’t checked then you bump them to a message saying we’re sorry but you do not meet the qualifications for this position.
