It’s 9;30am 7th November here and none of my sites have updated to 3.7.1 yet.
When I updated to 3.7.0 last week they all reported that auto update was possible.
Do I have to set something?

Also experiencing this with 3.8.1 failing to auto update from 3.8 about a week after the .1 version was released. No email successes or errors received. Some of my installs did auto update. Is it that there is a very long schedule for auto updates to roll out to all sites ? I have run the Background Update Tester plugin and it completely passes. Thanks.
My site is version 3.8 multisite.
I have not disabled automatic updates.
The 3.8.1 background update does not occur. I have not received any email failure.
I tested with Background Update Tester, and the result is positive (nothing seems to stop the automatic updates).
I also tested the cron WordPress by publishing an article by planning its publication. Wp-cron works properly.
I don’t see what can block background updates?

Same issue resolved for my case:
I have disabled caching plugin on WordPress (Bat Cache with external advanced-cache.php and object-cache.php on my case) and all APC caching on my (go-dad-dy) hosting via php.ini, flushing APC hosting cache (waiting 3 hours) and magically, now, all work fine.
Same issue with “W3 Total Cache” and “WP Super Cache” plugins …
IMHO, the problem is not WordPress but hosting caching method implementation!
I hope i was helpful.
