• Running the latest WP 4.8.1 on IIS 8.5/PHP7. The “Automatic Cache Management” setting on the CF plugin can be enabled and shows green, but as soon as I leave the settings page and come back, I see that the setting is still OFF. Any ideas why?

  • Please try the following two:
    – Disable the plugin and reactivate it. Then try again if it is working.
    – Use a different browser (latest version of chrome or safari). Then try again if it is working.

    If the issue persists, could you open a support ticket from support.cloudflare.com

    Please provide the support with the following information
    – The link of this post
    – Cloudflare Plugin version
    – Send a har file after doing the following: Open plugin page, toggle Automatic Cache Management
    – SSH to your server – Open your_wordpress_file/wp-content/plugins/cloudflare/config.js and change the line "debug": false, to "debug": true, Then enable the toggle again and send PHP Error logs of your server.
