/wp-content/plugins/all-webley-kit/assets/css/my_style.css
I entered each, but it doesn't work.
I'll do some more research myself.

Hi,
In advanced paths, you must put only folders, not files. If you set :
/wp-content/plugins/all-webley-kit/assets/css/
/wp-content/plugins/all-webley-kit/assets/css/
it should work: all the css files in the folder will automatically be compiled in scss.
