  • Did you install the theme normally, or did you have to download code manually and copy it to the server?

I see you are using litespeedtech.com software, are you sure it is configured with correct permissions for the WordPress folders. I haven’t seen a theme install and then disappear before, but I would check that the files are truly being written to the wp-content/themes folder with proper permissions.

It could be that a web server service is deleting items it does not own, or something like that.

Hopefully someone else has more ideas, but this is the step I’d take first.

I install normally and it is live for 4-5 days. It was deleted 2 time. I don’t know why? I ask with a web developer, he was saying the my blog was hacked. You have to purchase a premium theme.

Sounds like it has nothing to do with your theme then. You may want to get a fresh install (operating system) on the machine you are using to ensure no one has done anything, then start again with WordPress.

Perhaps there are other services running there which are let someone in via SSH.
    How are you hosting it?

Ensure passwords are new and secure after a reinstall.

As @1tylermitchell eluded to, perhaps something going on with your installation environment.

    Because:
    – themes don’t delete themselves. Somebody has to delete theme.
    – deleting themes automatically is not the default behavior of the WP core.

Your website log in is at http://www.debisolution.com/

Since that is a commercial theme we ask that you please go to their official support channel, so you can get support from the people who know it best.

Forum volunteers are also not given access to commercial products, so they would not know why it is not working properly. Other community members who may have faced your issue might be able to help you but your best bet is your product’s developer. Keep in mind we encourage you to use the official support venues, as it allows the developers to be aware of issues with their code and gives back to the community in a more robust way.
