    Hello,

    I am using the free version. I have 3 departments. How can I ensure that an automatic e-mail is sent to the relevant department when a ticket arrives?

    At the moment, unfortunately, we do not have your required option.

    Using the Conditional Results option you will be able to add different contents to the email message․
