Automatic Downloading Not Working

    First off, hats off to the developer(s) of this great plugin and offering it for free. I am currently able to get through the payment process, receive an email with a download link to my PDF asset, but when I click on the link, the automatic download of the PDF never happens. If I try and click on the direct link provided by the plugin, I receive the following error: “The product does not have any files”. I know that the product has a file associated with it and I am able to access the file if I browse to the link in the “File URL” of the product. I have tried on all major browsers. The only way I am able to get the download to work is if I check “Enable Simple Download”. This does _not_ solve the automatic download issue, but I am able to click on the direct link and view my file after the setting is checked. Any help is greatly appreciated.

    Hi, not all servers can handle the encrypted download method. In that case you will need to deliver the download using “simple download” method.
