Automatic External Links / iFrame / WP Links Manager

Hello —

Great plugin… I’ve got the WP Responsive Lightbox plugin installed and working, but I’m trying to do a couple of things that I have not been able to find any documentation on or support posts about:

1) How can I automatically open ALL external site links in a lightbox using iFrame?
—> Not just links from Pages and Posts (the usual links)… but also external links in Widgets and Menus).

2) How can I open links from the WP Links Manager in a lightbox? (Links Manager strips all extra HTML code added to the links field that’s not directly attached to the URLs… so I haven’t been able to find any way to add a lightbox to these links).
