We upgraded to 13.3.7 and since then the feeds are not updated automatically. When I start it manually, the feeds update without any error. The other scheduled tasks work without errors.

Could you please ensure that you have your WP-Cron enabled on your website?

Yes. Every other plug-in which uses WP-Cron works correctly except PFP since the last update.
