Automatic insertion in REST API

    I’m seeing ad blocks added by shortcode within the post (/wp-json/wp/v2/posts) REST API response but am not seeing automatic insertion ad blocks within the REST API response. Is there a combination of settings I can set to enable automatic insertion ad blocks to appear in the REST API response or is this not possible?
