Automatic link to internal blog

    Hi,

    I’m tryiing to find a plugin which helps me automatically identifying and replacing text strings to internal posts/tags on my blog.

    I have tried several plugins but most of them need to manually enter the target link or haven’t been able to make them work with 2.9.

    Any recommendation?
