Automatic newsletter visitor trigger doesn't work

I’m using the free version of Mailpoet (ver. 2.6.18) to evaluate its effectiveness on a blog.

When I use the test I have no problem and email was sent, but I need to use the automatic newsletter function, and it gives me problems.

Upon sending the email using the visitor triggers, it does not seem to work . Via google analytics I view that I actually visitor traffic at the time but does not send anything automatically
