    Hello Sir,
    I’ve not used AutomatorWP before, so you would Please forgive me if my question looks out of place and out of context. Please do forgive me if that is the case.

    My website is a Social Network BuddyPress powered website.

    I used this plugin(https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/subscriptions-for-woocommerce) to add Subscription functionality to WooCommerce.

    And with this integration, my users can buy Subscription Products.

    Then, there’s also MyCred on the website which awards points to users.

    What I’m trying to ask is that–

    1.) Can AutomatorWP be used to ensure that anyone without a Subscription Plan does not earn MyCred Points?

    2.) Can AutomatorWP be used to ensure that once people do not have an active subscription, their earning of points stops?

    If your answer to the both questions will be NO. Do you know of any better way that this can be achieved?

    Thank you so much for your interest in AutomatorWP

    With MyCred this setup is not possible since we do not have an integration with this plugin

    But we are the authors of GamiPress (https://gamipress.com) and what you are looking for is possible combining AutomatorWP + GamiPress + GamiPress – Block Users

    GamiPress – Block Users let you block users by role to do not let them earn anything in GamiPress

    So thats the steps:
    1 – Create a role named “Do not award”
    2 – Configure GamiPress – Block Users to do not award to users with the role “Do not award”
    3 – In AutomatorWP you can create the following automations:
    3.1 – User registers > add the role “Do not award” (to make new users not able to earn anything)
    3.2 – User purchases a subscription > remove the role “Do not award” (to make users with a subscription able to earn anything)
    3.3 – User subscription expires > add the role “Do not award” (to make users without a subscription not able to earn anything)

    And that’s all!

    I’m extremely happy that somehow, my issue has a solution.

    My next question is– Can the Free version of AutomatorWP handle this request?

    Here, don’t get me wrong. From Gamipress, I need Leaderboard, Purchase, Birthday and Anniversary Addons. And these are quite an investment.

    So I need to be extremely sure that the free version of AutomatorWP wouldn’t handle this issue I have, before I jump at buying Pro. Do you understand me now?

    So I ask again: Can the Free version of AutomatorWP handle the issue of awarding Points to Subscribed users, and stopping points to unsubscribed users?

    Hi @gamicord

    Yes, the action to “Add/change role to user” is included in the free version of AutomatorWP.

    The unique you need from the pro version is the triggers to detect when a WooCommerce subscription expires.

    The GamiPress – Block Users add-on is also free so there is no any extra cost for that.
