    is the money automatically sent to customers if an order is only partially refunded ?

    The amount which you refund is automatically sent to the customer.

    Hi,

    ok thank you very much, do you know if the money is also sent directly to customers? or do I have to do it manually via paypal?

    The money is sent directly to the account which the customer used to pay for the order.
