Automatic Registrations Error

Hi, my website is designed via Recontre dating plugin. But I am facing an issue for a long time. There have been too many sign-ups on a daily basis on my site. Although I don’t have any traffic, still 50-70 registrations happen daily with IP of all different countries.

How this is happening without 0 traffic on my site. I use google analytics and StatCounter for my visitor reports and there is no sign of any visitors. Only 2-3 unique visitors come to my site.

Why and how are these daily sign-ups occurring?
