Automatic review feedback plugin wordpress

    Hello,

    I purchased the premium version of the trustindex WordPress module and configured it in my trustindex space. I would like to have my reviews automatically posted on my site (without having to click on the button every 10 days) but this does not seem to work. When I am in the “My reviews” tab a message tells me to create an account to upgrade to the premium version to automate the process (which I already am) but it does not work. Could you help me resolve this issue?

    Hi  @thomas17000 !

    We have the wordpress plugins and the website: trustindex.io.

    These are 2 separate systems.

    In case you have a paid plan, please create the widget on the website and use the widget code you receive there.

    The auto update is available on the website only. If you manually update the reviews here, it won’t affect the website widget.
