Automatic reviews update never worked

    Hi @naosim !

    The auto update for the widgets is available in the website only: trustindex.io.

    Here in the plugin, you have the option to manually refresh the reviews.

    Please create the widgets in teh admin if you have a paid account.

    Thanks for your reply. I’ve got a premium account. The widget have been created in the admin. It doesn’t auto update by itself: I still have to manually refresh…

    Can you help to fix it?

    We checked your widget, it’s set to weekly update. Please change the settings in the editor under the “other” tab.
