    Do you use the latest version of the plugin? If not, please update it and check if this solves the problem.

    Additionally, gift cards will only be sent when the order is in Processing/Completed status, so please check if your orders have those statuses.

    Yes. I’m using the latest version and the order is set on processing. Yesterday I bought a gift card and set delivery date on today at 3.30 pm. But the card was not sent

    We checked your issue with WooCommerce 8.3.X and 8.4 and we couldn’t replicate your issue and received the emails. Could you check if you have the email option enabled?
