Hi – I’ve set the automatic table updates up as below and it’s not working (currently set to 15 minute updates, nothing shows in ‘Last Auto Import’ and tables don’t end up including updated content from Google Sheet).

A manual import using the same links as entered here does work.

I’m not sure what else to try if you have any ideas please?

thanks for your post, and sorry for the trouble.

Unfortunately, this can have multiple reasons, and it is hard to find the exact cause. For some ideas to try please see these links:

(They sometimes talk about other problems, but the suggestions also apply here.)
My recommendation would be to set up a real server cron job here, as per the example links.

Note that the “Table Auto Update” Extension that you are using has been retired. It will no longer receive updates nor support. Instead, this feature has been integrated into the TablePress Max premium license plan, see https://tablepress.org/modules/automatic-periodic-table-import/

It has been heavily improved (you can now even set a different interval for each table) and it runs much more stable. Therefore, I recommend that you consider upgrading to TablePress Max.
