    Hi,
    I would need to use this plugin as a task management system, where based on a form responses, that are saved in a mysql database, a ticket can be triggered (e.g.: depending on the response of one of the form fields, a specific action would be needed).
    So, is there any way to automatically create a ticket based on a field of a mysql new record?

    Hi:

    We don’t have such an ability. However, we do have a REST API you can use to create a ticket. Or you can push data to zapier which can then create a ticket in our system. Or you can just write custom code that calls directly into our hooks and triggers. Regardless, you would still end up writing something custom one way or another.
