Automatic user role based on language (WPML)?

Can this plugin do an automatic user role attribution based on customer language?
I’m looking for a solution to create different user roles, depending on customer language. The idea is that you set a rule and the role is attributed automatically based on the customer language. I’m using WPML.. Thanks for any kind of inputs!
