Automatically change page content

Hi,

we are building a cookery site, which will, amongst other things, hopefully sell our cookbooks. We would like to add a page which will show a “Menu of the day” type of content, picked from the cookbook. The idea is to display amenu for 24 hours, and then automatically replace that at a set time (1 day, 3 days, week, etc) with the next menu to be displayed for the set amount of time
We can upload all the menus as single files into a seperate directory. Is there a plugin or any other method that would allow help us achieve this?
Any help would be very much appreciated.
