Automatically Include Field When Using “Also Send Email To” Feature

    Hi, I was wondering if there is a way to automatically, and if not then manually, add a form field to the email when using the “Also Send Email To” in the comment section.

    Currently, when an email is sent out, there is no indication in the email what the email is linked to.
