Automatically Logged out

I am using ARMEMBER plugin on this website: https://fabknowledge.com/

When any user login using the logging popup on the site they are redirected to the dashboard page which is totally normal. But if they try to navigate to any other page or refresh that page, they are automatically logged out so they can’t access any of the protected content.

This doesn’t happen for me when I loggin with wp-login.php

Can you help me understand what is going on ?
