I have to believe that there is a way yes, especially if you’re creating posts already. May just be a case of when inserting the post into the database, setting the post_status to publish, instead of draft which I think may be the default value.
Hard for me to tell too much more without knowing how you’re creating the posts in the first place. For example, whether or not you’re using wp_insert_post(), or similar.

It’s going to be wherever you’re doing this Salesforce Fieldmapping to and whatever code is related to that. There’s no one template that this is going to be done in. If that’s a plugin you’ve purchased or had developed for your site, then reaching out to the original devs are going to be your best bet. We don’t have anything to do with the process outside of making sure the post type is registered appropriately.
