Automatically re-generating certain cached pages
-
I’m using W3 Total Cache with optimal results, except for one issue. I can’t seem to figure out how to configure the plugin so it regenerates certain cached pages automatically. For example, my blog feed cache is cleared every time a post is published or changed which is how I want it to work. However, it still requires a user to visit the page before a new cache file is created. I would like a new cache file to be generated when a new post is published or updated, instead of the cache just being cleared, and not requiring a view.
I assume it has something to do with the “Cache Preload” options but I can’t seem to get it to work. Any advice?
