Automatically remove user from list

    Hi,

    I’ve just added the Brevo plugin (not the WooCommerce one). I can successfully sync my users based on their role to my List on my Brevo account using the Sync my users button.

    However, I’d like to be able to automatically remove users when they do not have a specific role anymore.

    Here’s the context: I have a subscription on my Woocommerce website, when the user subscribe, they get the “Subscriber” role, which I want to add to my Brevo list, then when their subscription expires, they loose the “Subscriber” role. So when using the “Sync my users” button again, I’d like those users to be removed from the list. Is that possible ?

    Thank you for your query!

    Please note that Brevo does not support role-based syncing. Therefore, if you wish to segment contacts by roles, you will need to sync each role separately by assigning contacts with different roles to their respective lists.

    Additionally, if a subscriber loses their subscriber role, this change cannot be automatically tracked or updated in Brevo.
