Automatically select respective post by custom field value

    Hello, I would like to ask a question. Is it possible to automatically select the respective post according to the value of a custom field?

    For example:
    mywebsite.com/en/example-english-post & custom_field_to_use = 58gr8h (or anything else)
    mywebsite.com/es/example-spanish-post & custom_field_to_use = 58gr8h

    Since custom field value is the same, can the 2 posts be automatically paired? It would be very nice for me if this could be done… it would save me a lot of manual work.
