Not at the moment. Each field can be used for so much, so it’s impossible for the plugin to know how you want to use it/show it. That’s why you have to write your own code in your templates to show the contents of the fields.

    Hi,

Thank you for your response. However, after re-reading my post, I feel I did not explain my question properly.

I wish to automatically load a set of custom fields in the post editor page when a specific page template is selected. Instead of having to choose it from a dropdown and then save the page.

    Regards,

    John

    Hi John,

You need to set ‘Default post connector’ so it will show your fields automatically when you create new post.
On settings page of Simple fields look for: ‘Post type defaults’, then click on your post type where you want them to show, then select your post connector and save.

Wow, I can’t believe I missed that option.

    Thanks, Bobz. Much appreciated.

    Regards,

    John
