Automation Advice

I’m having issues with the automation settings saving. I enter all the details in the fields and save them but then on refresh it clears them all back out again.

As far as I know I am doing it correctly and have removed any security plugins that maybe conflicting but still no luck.

Has anyone else had this issue or does anyone recommend doing something else to configure it?
