Hi @mrliur , thanks for letting us know.
Can you help us out with the console errors? You may email to us directly with it and we can assist you.
Here’s how you can get console errors:
After loading screen is there and nothing happens,
- Right click on your webpage. You should find an option called “Inspect” or “Inspect Elements” (this won’t work on Safari, so use some other browser). (See image)
- You will get an extended window popping up. (See Image)
- It will have a menu called “Console”. Click on that and it should show you if there are any errors. (See Image)
- Take a screenshot and provide it to us.
Once we take a look, we will try to find a possible solution.
Hi @mrliur ,
We also followed up via email after your initial message here, but we haven’t received any response yet.
Just to clarify the issue — based on what you’ve described and what we’ve seen in similar cases, this typically happens when the server blocks REST API responses, which are required for saving or updating automation workflows in Mail Mint.
When this occurs, you’ll usually see a 403 error in the browser console, and features like “Save Draft” or “Update Workflow” don’t function properly. It can also prevent automation emails from loading.
📌 Solution: Please reach out to your hosting provider and ask them to allow REST API requests on your site. Once resolved, the Mail Mint automation should work as expected.
👉 Or, you can also reach out to our website support, and our team will be happy to guide you further.
Since we’ve already followed up and the issue appears related to hosting restrictions, we’ll go ahead and mark this thread as resolved for now.
Feel free to reach out or open a new topic anytime—we’re happy to help!
Thanks!
