    Hi all,

I have a big Problem with Automator Plugin.

I can download and install the plugin.
After that I tried to setup an Automation.
I can choose whether I want a Recipe for a logged-in User or Anonymous and then nothing more happens. The screen is not loading…

Does anyone had this problem before?

    I’m using WordPress 5.7.2 and AutomatorWP 1.6.0.
I also tried it with an all new installation and no other plugin then automatorWP…

    Greetz and thx a lot..
    Toasti

    Hi @toastix

Could you check if on this demo install you are able to access to the automations?
    Here is the link: https://tastewp.com/new/?pre-installed-plugin-slug=automatorwp

At the moment you click here, a clean site will be generated with AutomatorWP installed

This test will help us to meet from where the issue comes:
    1) If on this demo site the automations screen works
Then the most probable issue on your site is that the AutomatorWP database tables has not been created, the cause is that the database user assigned to your WordPress does not have permissions to create new tables
The solution is to contact to your hosting provide to update the database user permissions to allow create new database tables

    2) If on this demo site the automations screen not works
The the issue comes from your browser that for some reason could block the javascript required from this screen
The solution here will be to test your site with a different browser and ensure that javascript is enabled

    Hope it helps!
