automator post error

    hello. I installed automator on my WordPress site and configured each new owner registered on the site to be displayed in a post on Facebook and Instagram. from May 20 to June 10 I had around 20 posts without problems. Starting with June 10, some started to show errors. some are posted but others are not. Some are only posted on Facebook and not on Instagram. what does this error mean and how can I solve it. if you say that the problem is because of the size of the photos, I will tell you that I installed the imsanity plugin that changes the resolution of the photos. what does this error mean and how can I solve it. this is error:

    The message shown is a generic WordPress critical error, so we’ll need the recipe export and the recipe logs to confirm what is actually failing.

    Could you please submit a support request at https://automatorplugin.com/automator-support/ and reference this ww.wp.xz.cn support ticket? Since the information we need to review may contain private site details, logs, and configuration data, it’s best not to share it publicly here on the forum.

    1. An export of the affected recipe
    2. The recipe logs for a failed run, a screenshot of the failed action details (if available), and a System Status Report from Automator -> Status

    Once we have those, we can review whether the issue is related to the image, the Instagram/Facebook API response, or a PHP error on the site.
