Thank you for reaching out to us. Which browser have you tested on so far? Can you confirm that autoplay has not been disabled in your browser. Did anything change in your site prior to this issue? Did you install a browser addon that might interfere with the autoplay function?

the fonction is ok last month
i think the navigator refuse now autoplay (chat GPT). It’s possible to change it in my firefox but it’s not generalised on yours navigators.

Are you saying that last month the plugin was working in your Firefox and Edge browsers? But now it is not working in your Firefox and Edge browsers. It this correct?

Thank you for sharing the document above. However at present the plugin cannot alter Firefox browser settings. This is done on a personal basis and managed locally by the user. I believe this is the normal behaviour for security reasons by most of the browsers nowadays.
