Autoplay, fixed time display?

    How do I set the showcase to display each logo for a fixed time before displaying the next. I am using the following code

    [logoshowcase slides_column="1" arrows=”true” show_title=”true” autoplay_interval=”10000″]

    Varying the auto-play interval argument doesn’t seem to make much difference.

    autoplay_interval parameter works same as per your requirement.

    [logoshowcase slides_column="1" arrows="true" show_title="true" autoplay_interval="10000"] this shortcode will work perfect 🙂

    That works fine, but how can I make the time the picture displays vary i.e. make it longer?

    You can only set autoplay_interval and it will apply on every logos but there is no way to make the time different for each logo.

    I am sorry to be so unclear, I am happy that each picture has the same time displayed.

    I want that display time to be longer, say 5 secs; if you look at my page, you’ll see, or at any rate I see that the pictures are very quick to turn over, if they had writing they’d not be able to be read.

    Yes, you can increase the time. There is a shortcode parameter for this

    autoplay_interval=”3000″ – Waiting period between two slide
    speed=”1000″ – Slider slide speed

    e.g [logoshowcase autoplay_interval=”3000″ speed=”1000″]

    Just for reference, Please be sure that you have added shortcode to the text tab of WordPress editor. Sometime what happen while copying shortcode, due to special character it breaks.

    Please check and update me for the same.

    Varying the value of autoplay_interval seems to make no difference. I have tried the values 500, 3000 & 9000. I have made autoplay_interval the first parameter. It all seems to be the same display time.

    works nicely

    I do not understand your comment about enabling short codes in the editor. How do I do that.

    That’s fixed it, thanks, I am though still bemused as to how that happened!

    I don’t think the speed parameter is on the documentation page.
