I tested the columns with depicter and found that it is not related to it. If you have 2 depicter slides on the same page, the first one does not start its auto-playing function. In my case one slideshow has 10 slides, the other has 1 slide. Still not working! For your information.

Hi.
Normally, having multiple sliders on the same page doesn’t affect auto-play.
This issue may be attributed to something else. Can you try switching the theme temporarily or deactivating other plugins to isolate the problem?
I don’t see any errors on your page, but I suggest checking our guidelines here:

Hi! Thanks for your reply. I changed the theme to a standard one but nothing changed. Disabling plugins didn’t effect either 🙁

Hello @kafakoparan
I’m sorry to hear that the issue persists. Have you tried using a different browser or a private window? Sometimes browser extensions can impact how things work.
If you’re still experiencing the same problem, we can try some other troubleshooting steps.
Also, have you checked the browser console for any errors as I mentioned earlier? It might give us a clue of what’s going wrong. If you’re not sure how to access the browser console, please check our guidelines here:

Hi again! I have tried different web browsers such as Chrome, Firefox, MS Edge, and Opera both in normal and private/incognito modes. The problem is still there. The browser console shows no error. I would appreciate any other suggestions. Thanks.

Hi.
Thank you for the follow-up.
At times, certain WordPress themes might cause interference with features like this. To ensure that this is not the case, you can try switching to a default WordPress theme temporarily and check the results.
Also, I think you might be missing something here. If the slider is full-width, chances are that when you are scrolling down the page, you hover your mouse on the slider, and that will cause it to stop the autoplay. It seems like there may be an issue with the full-width slider on the page. While scrolling down, it’s likely that your mouse hovers over the slider, causing it to stop autoplay. To test this, try using two “Boxed” sliders and observe your mouse movement carefully.
Additionally, please note that you have the option to turn off the “Pause on hover” feature in the slider options under the Navigation tab.
Hi again! The default theme didn’t solve the problem. The slider is boxed, not full-width and I tried turning off the hover effect temporarily but nothing changed too. I also disabled plugins that might conflict with decipter but failed again. This is really annoying. Hope someone find a solution for this. Thanks.
