Autopopulate form with other post data

Hi,

I have a custom post type archive page with each post displayed as a post card created automatically through a query loop. In the card design I have a button that when clicked opens a pop-up with a fluent form in it.

I can auto-populate a form field with the title of the post using embed post_title but is there anyway I can auto-populate other form fields with values from the post? Is there anyway to use embed with custom post type field names, e.g. embed_post.field_name?
