AutoPosts Not Getting Published

I have activated Autopost and the default status is to Publish.
– The AutoPost is successfully scheduled for this time period: thirty minutes.
– The database is successfully scheduled for this time period: ten minutes.
– GOOD NEWS: There were no errors due to feeds not connecting to external servers.

However the Autoposts are not getting published. I have the exact same settings on another website that works fine. I have compared all the settings between the two websites and find nothing unusual.

I have read thru the Forum and Help Topics. I am stumped ! Any Suggestions ?
