autoptimize and NGG gallery plugin

    After testing, I find that autoptimize beta makes NGG basic slideshow default to a one column display of gallery images. Disabling autoptimize beta will allow the NGG basic slide show to function normally.

    I believe this to be primarily an NGG plugin problem conflict with moving scripts to the footer to solve the render blocking load issue. I suspect the same would be true with autoptimize regular with it set to move scripts to the footer.

    some tests that may be interesting (and help us understand the problem);
    * AO Beta with only CSS optimization
    * AO Beta with only CSS optimization and “aggregate CSS” off
    * AO Beta with only JS optimization (keep an eye on browser console for JS errors)
    * AO Beta with only JS optimization and “addregate JS” off
    * AO Beta with CSS & JS, but with a stock theme and all other plugins (except AO & NGG) disabled
    * AO 2.4.4 with CSS & JS, but with a stock theme and all other plugins (except AO & NGG) disabled (to confirm the issue is not a regression)
