• Like the title says, scheduled exports stop working with the Autoptimize plugin enabled. It also breaks functionality to manually export customers or orders with SkyVerge’s Customer/Order XML Export plugin.

Any way to solve this, or maybe you can point me to the Autoptimize code responsible for it, so I can propose a solution?

As “SkyVerge WooCommerce XML Export Plugin” is a premium plugin you should be entitled to their premium support, no? I however have absolutely no idea how the export works, so I can only point you to the generic troubleshooting tips in the FAQ (which should at least help you to pinpoint the issue a little bit more).

Feel free to ask the developers of said plugin to join the conversation here or to contact me via futtta-at-gmail-dot-com if they need any assistance to fix this issue.

    hope this helps somehow,
    frank

Love Gentoo by the way (although I’ve gone the Ubuntu path since then) 😉

Thanks for the quick reply. I appreciate you reaching out to help solve the problem, but – as you’re saying – I am paying SkyVerge to give me a year of support, so I’ll contact them :p

Haha, nice! Yeah, its pretty time consuming to get/keep everything right…

I’ll update this thread once I got an answer from SkyVerge.
