    hi, we got some issues with your plugin, it loads only only on the startpage missing AO css and js files. If i logged in everything is fine and there are no missing files, if i add https://www.triboplast.de/?ao_noptirocket=1 it is also fine. How can i solve the this?

    clearing any page cache you (or your host) might have should fix this lifescan 🙂

    we have no cache enabled 🙂 we disabled the plugin but the issue is the same

    the only logical conclusion of the problem remaining when AO is disabled (but problem gone when adding a random querystring to the URL e.g. https://www.triboplast.de/?break-cache=now ), is that there is a cache somewhere (my money is on your hoster) I’m afraid. I do see x-cache-handler:cache-enabler-engine in the HTTP response headers for example, which would indicate you have (or had) KeyCDN Cache Enabler active?

    i also think that the hoster has somethung like that active but they say its nothing active… the support guy had no idea what i mean 🙂 its strato… keycdn was not enabled. There was several plugins like perfmatters, cache enabler, redirecrion, wp cerber, shortpixel image optimizer active, i just deactivate this plugins

    If you have a CPanel or similar look for anything that might indicate page caching and stop/ clear that, if not wait until tomorrow to escalate to Strato 2nd level support and point them to the HTML source of your homepage, right at the bottom is has;

    <!-- Cache Enabler by KeyCDN @ Mon, 27 Feb 2023 12:09:00 GMT (https-index.html.gz) -->

    As Cache Enabler is disabled, this proves something else (i.e. the hoster cache) is serving that old page.
