Autoptimize plugin is affecting the ppom plugin

I have activated autoptimize plugin, because of which the date picker is not showing calender form to select date rather asking the user to input values. There is an option in autoptimze to exclude some java script or css files. Is there a file in ppom that i can exclude to load the datepicker in the normal way.
