Autorenew does not work

    I configurated a subscription in the pms plugin with the always renew automatically option, but when i test it and buy the subscription on the members page it says the subscription does not have autorenew activated and I don’t know what to do

    Hello @pablux,

    To better understand the question at hand I would like to ask you for some additional details:

    1. Could you please send me a screenshot of the page at Dashboard -> Plugins -> Installed Plugins? Please make sure that all of your plugins as well as their versions are clearly visible.
    2. Could you please send me a screenshot of the page at Paid Member Subscriptions -> Subscription Plans -> edit the plan you have created? Please make sure that all of it’s settings are clearly visible.
