Autoresponder doesn’t work!

    Team, please, tell me if you have a problem. I have an Autoresponder which doesn’t work. People leave their email addresses and appear in Contacts section so it’s not the issue. Only the Autoresponder doesn’t work and my subscribers don’t get notified.

    Dear @katiedunphy ,

    Thanks for your message.
    From your message we understood that you’re using the Contact Form element.
    However, Autoresponder works with the Subscription form element.

    This means that instead of the Contact form you’re currently using, you should be using the Subscription element.

    Once you set up the Subscription element in your popup instead of the Contact one, your subscribers will receive automatic emails upon subscription.
