    Hi @declareyourwealth,

    – Did you click on each checkbox to activate the e-mails? Otherwise they won’t send.
    – I also notice a little bug with sending preview e-mails. If you try for a second time, it should send the preview e-mail. I will make sure we will fix it in a next release. But this bug with the preview email has nothing to do with the sending of the normal emails. So please check if the checkboxes are activated.
    – If you are testing the plugin on a local test environment it can be possible that your local environment doesn’t have the ability to send e-mail. Please test this on a online test environment then please.

    Also, please test this issue with a different e-mail address then the email of the website administrator.

    Hello Lucy, thank you so much for responding.

    Yes, I “activated” the emails from the start. Since then, I’ve actually had 2 different people sign up and neither of them received an email from me.

    So to view the previews now really isn’t important anymore.

    I’m not quite sure what you mean by my “local environment”.
