    Hi,

My site’s having trouble retrieving the AutoSSL for the site. I have 6G enabled but 5G disabled. It seems there’s a code stopping COMODO. I’ve disabled the plugin and seeing if it will validate the domain and retrieve the cert.

With AutoSSL and my hosting provider, we can choose between Comodo, Let’s Encrypt, and another provider, Fleet something. Is there a way to fix this without me having to edit the .htaccess file everytime the plugin updates or I deactivate and then reactivate the plugin if I’m doing maintenance on the site?

Hi, do you know which feature in our plugin is causing this? Have you tried by disabling all Firewall Rules then carrying out a test?

    Kind regards

At first it appeared it was caused by 6G and a couple other components which list COMODOO in the .htaccess file. But I’m still checking.

So far I’ve just edited any reference to COMODO in the .htacess file and it seems to work. Hopefully it doesn’t create some kind of vulnerability.

Did you add your changes to Custom Rules under Firewall? If you don’t then you will loose those settings next time you update the plugin.
